How Your Orientation Works

Orientation is fully online, so you can complete it from any terminal or from home if instructed. Your place is saved automatically as you go, so you can pause and pick back up without losing progress.

Sign In

Use the login details provided by your recruiter or manager to sign in to the Orientation Portal. You’ll see your assigned orientation course on the home screen.

Work Through Each Module

Follow the modules in order. Watch the videos, review the slides, and complete short quizzes so we know you’ve understood the material before moving on.

Finish & Move Forward

Once you’ve completed all modules and quizzes, your orientation is marked complete. From there, your terminal team will walk you through your next steps on the job.
